National Water Fund, a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Incorporation, is focused on the development of sustainable
water resources, within the United State and eventually around the world, in support of human advancement
and developing clean energy. Clean, sustainable, water resources are essential to future advancements of
humanity. Animals and plants used as our food supply also require clean water to sustain development.
Clean alternate fuels that are developed from plant and animal sources or directly from water pose great
potential to significantly increase water resource usages. Significantly increased usage of water resources
poses a potential danger to the sustain ability of water resources and the ecosystems they sustain.
National Water Fund recognizes that mankind has become heavily dependent upon the ease, convenience
and availability of fossilized hydrocarbon fuels. Fossil fuels are burned primarily to develop the energy
mankind uses in businesses, households, industry and transportation in the worlds modern societies. We, at
National Water Fund concur with many other notable corporations, educational institutions, foundations,
governments and individuals who believe: "Mankind's heavy use of fossil fuels to derive a large portion of the
energy used in our daily lives is creating an atmospheric imbalance of carbon dioxide emission versus
absorption."
The imbalance is increasing the levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and oceans of Earth. The
increased carbon dioxide levels are inducing a higher green house effect upon earth known as global
warming. Global warming is driving a Global Climate Change. If the imbalance continues significantly
upwards, the resulting Climate Change could develop a high potential to cause significant harm to, or the
extinction of, many of earth's plant and animal species, including mankind.
Replacement of fossil fuels with alternate forms of energy will require a dedicated effort from a majority, if not
all, of mankind. National Water Fund believes, "Viable solutions can be developed that will work to break
mankind's fossil fuel dependency and in doing this, mankind can advance into a new era." With fossil fuels,
mankind advanced through the industrial revolution, space flight and the technology revolution. Mankind is
now poised to leap into an energy revolution from which a new era may be born and grow. An era in which
water may play a significant role in developing our energy needs.
